NUTRITIONAL INFO
Zero everything. How? HOPR skips the brewing and fermentation step entirely. We steep hops and functional botanicals directly into filtered water - no sugar, no grains, and no alcohol ever touch the process.
That means zero calories, zero sugar, and nothing artificial. Instead of fermentation or flavouring syrups, we rely on the natural oils in hops and our functional stack (like L-theanine, lemon balm, and passionflower) to bring you a refreshing, purposeful drink that supports your nervous system - without overstimulating it.
Ingredients
Filtered carbonated Water, Hops, Passionflower, Lemon Balm, L-Theanine, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid

What Makes This Different
This is not our core range.
Reserve Series
Ember is part of our Reserve Series — small-batch seasonal releases designed to explore a more layered, structured expression of HOPR.
There will be four releases this year, this is our second. Autumn's Golden Hour releases sold out in hours.
What's New?
We’ve refined the process, increased the hop intensity, and adjusted the balance to create something that feels more composed in the glass.
What to Expect?
Expect notes of citrus, pine, and subtle tropical fruit balanced by a fuller body and softer finish than our core range. It’s bold without being bitter. Complex without being heavy.
THE HOPS BEHIND EMBER
We don't use hops for bitterness. We use them for character.
Loral — Yakima Valley, USA
Loral is what gives Ember its lift. It opens with fresh citrus notes and delicate floral aromas that make the first sip feel bright and inviting. It helps create a cleaner, more elegant profile while keeping the finish smooth and approachable.
Characteristics

Delicate floral complexity

A clean, refined drinking experience

Helps balance the richer hop flavours
Amarillo — Yakima Valley, USA
Amarillo sits at the heart of Ember’s flavour profile. It contributes layers of orange peel, mandarin, and grapefruit that create a fuller, more satisfying drinking experience. It softens the sharper edges and helps give Ember its smooth, rounded character.
Characteristics

Vibrant citrus flavour

A softer, rounder mouthfeel

The signature citrus notes you’ll notice most
Topaz — Tasmania, Australia
Topaz is what makes Ember feel like a winter release. It adds the deeper pine and resin notes that give the drink more presence without becoming heavy or overly bitter. While the citrus hops grab your attention, Topaz creates the structure that keeps you coming back for another sip.
Characteristics

Adds depth without heaviness

Subtle pine and resin character

Creates a fuller flavour experience
FOUNDER'S NOTE
When we launched Golden Hour, I wasn’t sure how people would respond to a seasonal HOPR.
It became one of our fastest-selling releases and showed us that our community wanted something different throughout the year.
Ember takes things in a new direction.
It’s bigger, bolder, and built for Winter. The kind of drink I reach for after a long day when I want something with a bit more character in the glass.
I hope you enjoy it as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.
