I started drinking these after I had some medical issues that were exacerbated by alcohol. One of these a day, at ‘drinks time’ went a long way towards making you feel like you were still having that experience, without the alcohol AND calories (bonus). 2 years on, I still have one most days - super refreshing, delicious and good for you.

These HOPR drinks are such a refreshing alternative to drinking alcohol. They are not at all sickly sweet like soft drink and they taste great with ice in a stemless wine glass. I love all the flavours in the sample case . I didn't like the taste of the XHALE varieties but I give my 5 stars to all the others especially the lemon and lime, the lychee and elderflower and the peach and grapefruit. These drinks have certainly helped me to cut right back on my alcohol intake . I feel great!
