HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can log in to your account via our website or the app here! We'll shoot you an email every time your subscription is set to renew, and that's your moment to make tweaks to your delivery date, swap out products, and more. If you are having any issues reach out to our customer care team at hi@drinkhopr.com.au
HOW DO I ACCESS MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can manage your subscription at any time by creating an account with us or logging in to your existing account here.

HOW TO CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT METHOD?
In order to change the payment method of your subscription order(s), you will first need to log into your account on here. Within the Manage Subscriptions tab, navigate to the subscription that you would like to change the payment method of. From there, you can hit, "Update my info" and edit payment method associated with that subscription order.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERY DAY OR DELIVERY FREQUENCY?
In order to change the delivery day or frequency of your subscription order(s), you will first need to log into your account on here Navigate to the subscription that you would like to change the frequency of. From there, you can edit your next shipment date, order the item now, or change the delivery schedule for your order further down the page.
