I had been drinking alcohol every night for quite a few years and knew I needed to stop, not only for my health but for my daughter who is two. I didn’t want her growing up thinking it was normal to drink alcohol every night. My first taste of hopr I will admit I wasn’t sure if I liked it or not but my tastebuds certainly got used to it very quickly. I absolutly love it now and find myself craving it rather than alcohol and would actually prefer a hopr rather than an alcoholic drink now. I love now it’s not sweet and very mellow to drink. I used to find it hard to fall asleep without having a few drinks first but hopr seems to help with sleep too, I haven’t found it hard to fall asleep at all since ditching the alcohol. So all in all hopr is amazing it may be on the higher price side but you get what you pay for. Would definetly recommend anyone to try this I was sceptical but I’m so glad I gave it a try.

Loved the chance to try all the flavours to help me find my favourite. They are all refreshing and definitely give a relaxed feeling. I am finding i sleep really well after a HOPR. My favourites are the sabro one and the passionfruit one! Delicious!

Can I drink them while pregnant or breastfeeding?
HOPR is not recommended to consumers who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Have a chat with your GP before making any changes to your diet during pregnancy. Also, if you're on medications, it's best to speak to your GP, too.
Are they gluten-free?
Yup! We don't use barley or wheat.
How will I feel after drinking them?
