Get off the red wine, start now

I’m writing this review in the hope that others in my situation may find HOPR a go to for alcohol free days.
I haven’t managed an alcohol free day in many years unless forced to outside of my control such as a hospital overnight stay.
That is until I stumbled across this site.
I don’t drink beer, I am purely a red wine bottle a day drinker after 5pm. I have to say I was cautious about trying this product but the fact is, it’s not sweet/sugary or calorie filled. Interestingly 2 cans is all I can manage on my alcohol free day because it’s sparkling and filling. It has a lovely calming effect on me and I sleep well.
So if you’re looking for a way to help yourself ditch a day as a starter then do this for yourself. You will be so proud about your day off alcohol and it will actually be easy as I found out.
